入住時間15:00~21:00，退房時間11:00，提前入住或延遲退房，每小時$300(最多2小時)
延遲30分鐘退房即收取1小時費用。
預定入住當日18:00未辦理入住手續且怠於通知並連繫不上者，將收取一個晚上房費，並將客房釋出。
可以寄放行李與汽車(退房當天14:00駛離)。
**若超過入住時間21:00，需要安排人員等候，費用$300/小時。請提前安排，連絡不上，人員下班之後將無法接待，房費恕不退款。

沒有，須走樓梯的房型只有星空雙床房，星空三人房，樓中樓雙床房，僅需走一層樓的階梯。
若有輪椅族的朋友或行動不方便，可參考頂級大床房A，頂級雙床房。
其他房型只有少量的階梯或斜坡。

No, the only room types that require stairs are the Starry Sky Twin Room, the Starry Sky Triple Room, and the Twin Room on the ground floor. You only need to walk up the stairs to one floor.
If you have friends in wheelchairs or have limited mobility, you can refer to the Top King Room A or the Top Twin Room.
Other room types have only a few steps or slopes.

只有豪華露臺雙人套房、廣景雙人套房有提供中央空調，其他房間皆無提供空調。
   民宿位於海拔將近1700，夏天夜間平均溫度約16-18度，夏季氣候涼爽(房間提供電扇)，冬季較寒冷(床上鋪有電熱毯)，雪季時房間提供葉片式電暖器。

Only the Deluxe Terrace Double Suite and the Wide View Double Suite are equipped with central air conditioning, while other rooms are not equipped with air conditioning.
The B&B is located at an altitude of nearly 1,700. The average nighttime temperature in summer is about 16-18 degrees. The climate is cool in summer (fans are provided in the room), and colder in winter (electric blankets are provided on the bed). In the snow season, blade electric heaters are provided in the room.

豪華露臺雙人套房與廣景雙人套房有加強隔音處理，若是要求寧靜客房可以參考。
因民宿位處安靜山區，木屋建築隔音有限，但若遇到比較興奮的旅客或小孩跑跳，難免會有噪音問題，
若有感受被打擾到，可以與櫃台反應，會協助勸導。

訂房皆免費提供早餐(不提供外帶服務)。
素食者可自行挑選非肉類菜餚。

在臺灣兌換外幣必須在各縣市銀行或國際機場兌換，而清境地區沒有任何的銀行，7-11可用銀聯卡提領台幣現金， 或是上山前自備足夠台幣。
To exchange foreign currency in Taiwan, you must exchange it at banks in various counties or cities or at the international airport. There are no banks in the Cingjing area. You can withdraw NT$ cash with a UnionPay card at 7-11, or bring enough NT dollars before going up the mountain.

我們只有簡單外用藥品，而任何內服藥品請自備，每週五晚上至周日或國定假日，在附近有醫療站。
