Q1: If the time of check-in and check-out is early, can I store my luggage?

A: Check-in time is 15:00~21:00, check-out time is 11:00, you can ask in advance whether you can check in early or check out late, $300 per hour (up to 2 hours)
Those who fail to check in by 18:00 on the scheduled check-in day and fail to notify and cannot be contacted, will be charged one night's room rate and the room will be released.
Luggage and car storage available (until 14:00).


Q2: I pay much attention to sleep, is there a quieter room?

A: The deluxe balcony double suite and wide view double suite have enhanced sound insulation treatment, if you require a quiet room, you can refer to it.
Because we are located in a quiet mountain area, the sound insulation of the wooden house building is limited, but if ther are excited tourists or children running and jumping, there will inevitably be noise problems.
If you feel disturbed, please report to the reception and we will assist in persuasion.

Q3: Are there parking spaces available? Can electric cars be charged?
A: Free parking spaces are provided & no reservation required. If the number of cars exceeds the number of rooms, please inform us in advance to assist in the arrangement.
There is a 220v socket for charging electric vehicles, and you need to bring your own travel charger. Please inform us in advance and arrange a parking space.
Q4: What children's products we provide?
A: baby bath tub for free; crib(**1) (under 90 cm, limited provided, chargeable services that require prior reservation, TWD$500/night)

Q5: Is there any elevator?

A: No, the only room types that require stairs are Starry Sky Twin Room, Starry Sky Triple Room, and Twin Room in the Upper Floor. You only need to walk up the stairs on the first floor.
If you have friends in wheelchairs or are inconvenient to move, you can refer to top double bed room A, top double bed room.
Other room types have only a few steps or slopes.

A: Breakfast is provided for all reservations (no takeaway service).

We provide small hot pot for dinner(dinner time at 18:00 & fixed). Also, there are many restaurants nearby. Some restaurants can provide TOP-CLOUD free pick-up service, and some of them you can go by walk within 15 minutes.

Q7: Is there an internet service available?
A: Yes, free Wi-Fi network is available for all of our room.
Q8: Are there toiletries provided in the room?
A: If your booking order is not chose eco-friendly promotion, large bath towels, toothpaste, toothbrush, shower shampoo, body lotion, hand soap, comb, razor, shower cap, cotton swabs, toilet paper towels, slippers, hair dryer, etc. are provided in room.
Q9: What is the bed size?
A: The size of our bed is an extra large double bed 180cm X 182cm
Except for the Japanese-style garden-view room, there are two standard mattresses on the floor, 150cm*180cm

Q10: If someone does not occupy the bed or we can squeeze together or sleep on the floor?
A: In order to ensure the quality of everyone’s accommodation, a maximum of one person (including babies) can be added to each room, and an additional cleaning fee of $800 will be charged if the height exceeds 100 cm.
Temperature on the mountain is low at night, sleep on the floor is not recommended. We hope you can sleep comfortably so that you can travel in good spirits next day. smile
Q11: Is there a time limit for hot water supply?
A: No, it is available 24 hours a day, but in the middle of the night, early morning, and off-peak hours at noon, you need to wait for about five or more minutes to use hot water.
Q12: Can pets be brought in? My pet is very well-behaved and does not urinate or bark indiscriminately.
A: We like pets, but in order to ensure the quality of accommodation for all guests, no pets can be accommodated in the rooms, and we have the right to refuse to stay without refund.
Q13: Can I bring food and cook it by myself?
A: Cooking is not allowed in the whole area, except for the double suite with a wide view that is equipped with a kitchen (including kitchen utensils, pots and bowls).
Q14: Are the rooms air-conditioned?
A: The Deluxe Terrace Double Suite & double suite with a wide view are provide air-conditioning, and other rooms do not have it.
We are located at an altitude of nearly 1700. The average temperature at night in summer is about 16-18 degrees. The climate is cool in summer (electric fans are provided in room), and cold in winter (electric blankets are laid on bed). During the snow season, we will provide blade-type electric heaters.
Q15: Do you provide pick-up service?
A: So sorry that we don't have any transportation service. If you need short-distance transportation in Cingjing, please contact our reception, but there may be some charge for the service.
Q16: Are there any medical services?
A: For your own safty, we can not provide any medicines for internal use. but we still have simple medicines for external use, There is a medical station nearby every Friday night to Sunday or public holidays.
Q17: Do you provide foreign currency exchange?
A: To exchange foreign currency in Taiwan, you must exchange it at the banks in various counties and cities or at the international airport. There are no banks in Cingjing area. UnionPay cards can be used to withdraw cash in Taiwan dollars at 7-11, or you can bring enough Taiwan dollars before going up the mountain.
